Mid Day Snack, Don't Forget To Hydrate

You all understand the importance to keeping the body hydrated and the furnace that is your digestive system, burning with small snacks.
Up to 70 percent of our body is water!
Muscle is made up of about 75 percent water.
Fat is made up of about 50 percent water.
Bones, too, are about 50 percent water.
